Daisy Fuentes is a vj which stands for video deejay and I know I didn’t spell DeeJay correctly. I’m too lazy to check so let me just continue here. Daisy Fuentes is a vj for the latin (read mexican or puerto rican) MTV and she has now crossed over to english speaking MTV. I think that this whole latin thing is getting a little out of hand. Why do mexicans and puerto ricans insist on calling themselves latin? Latin was the language spoken by the Romans no? Yes I understand that south america is now suddenly referred to as latin america but why? Daisy Fuentes I read was a vj for LATIN mtv… Why Latin? Why not Spanish? Are spanish people ashamed of being spanish? Do they think Latin sounds more sophisticated? I don’t get it but Daisy Fuentes got me thinking. By the way, she’s a bimbo and she’s kind of hot. What else would you expect from MTV.
