Puerto Rico is indeed part of the united states of america. It is classified as a commonwealth but then again so is massachusetts. Weird. Puerto Rico resorts and vacations are hurting a little bit right now.Puerto Rico is a popular U.S tourist destination and has some really nice packages for vacations and tourists. But a lot of people who live in Puerto Rico say it sucks to live there. I have a friend who lives there now and he is trying like hell to get out of there. He hates it in Puerto Rico, and he is Puerto Rican. Puerto Rico has some awesome beaches and the whole island is actually about the same size as massachusetts. I love puerto rican food! I forget the names of my favorite dishes but they are great.
