This is strange and tragic. Mariana Brindi was a 20 year old beauty queen from Brazil. She was a miss world finalist twice. Everything was going good for Mariana Brindi as she looked to have a very promising career ahead of her. She was extremely beautiful and very young looking. She came down with some illness that they thought was just a urinary track infection but it turned out to be something else, kind of a mystery. Anyway, in order to save her life from this strange bacteria they amputated her feet and hands. What a horror for anybody especially a beauty queen like Mariana Brindi. Unfortunately this did not solve her problem and she died today. Very sad. Such terrible things happen in the world and we should all count our blessing everyday.
