The university of illinois has a few professors bitching aobut all the corruption in illinois right now. One such professor from the u of i is Dick Simpson who has been bitching his academic ass off about the latest political scandal coming out of illinois and we all knw that means the blagojevic senate seat scandal. He was saying that three of the state’s seven previous governors have been convicted and served time. Since 1971, by one count, 31 Chicago aldermen and some 1,000 public officials and businessmen have been convicted. So the university of illinois is doing somehting useful in letting Dick Simpson talk about the corruption that’s run wild.
