F-18 Fighter Jet Crashes In San Diego

An F-18 fighter jet has crashed in San Diego as reported by CNN a few moments ago. The military has confirmed it was an F18 that crashed but we don’t know why yet or who the pilot was. This is a scary thing for sure and I don’t knw if anyone was hurt besides the pilot yet. I don’t even know if the pilot was hurt as he may have ejected but that is purely my speculation and should not be regarded as news. I would hate to see and F18 coming to a crash near me! I really don’t ever remember hearing of such a thing happening before, at least not to my recollection. An F18 is an elite aircraft that costs billions to make but the sad part is that someone lost their life today and leaves behind a grieving family. The F18 crash in san diego is still fresh news and I will probably update as more news becomes available.
